“We knew that the construction of our oceanfront home would be a challenging project, but it was our dream! We were facing many governmental/environmental restrictions on oceanfront construction as well as having the added issue of not living locally in the area. We needed to find a very “hands-on” custom home builder. We were most fortunate to be introduced to Jack Nunez from Forever Homes by a very close friend. Jack was involved in every aspect of our construction project from day one. He gave guidance during architectural rendering, planning and engineering that can only be given by the eye of an experienced custom builder. His recommendations were given from the heart as well as from his true expertise in his field. During our entire construction period Jack was on site personally and his individual attention to every detail shows through in the completed construction project. Jack still remains easily accessible to this day that may arise. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Forever Homes on our “forever home”! Jack began as our custom home builder and is now considered our friend.”

“Forever Homes was hired to do a remodel of our home – more specifically the fireplace in both family and living room – tile was removed, the hearth lowered, stacked stone was installed, and was converted to gas. A custom shelving unit was created around the fireplace, which included recessing a 50″ tv. The woodwork was also done to the hearth – I cannot tell you how beautifully it turned out! The work was performed in a timely manner, and and included changing the ceiling entryways into the living and family rooms. Wanes coating was installed on the bar front in the kitchen. The banister on the stairs was reinforced with the installation of a newel (sp) post. The master bathroom was completely gutted and redone – again the quality of the work was beyond reproach! The cabinets were custom made on both sides of the his and her sinks – granite installed on the top, mirrors installed which were framed to match the cabinets and lighting installed onto the mirrors – the flooring was tiled, as was the shower, with new glass doors and glass enclosure – the tub was fronted with wood to match the cabinets. Again, the finished product was outstanding! I would highly recommend Forever Homes for the custom building and remodeling of homes.”

“We had a front porch added to our 1940’s home. It doesn’t sound like a major project but it was and it truly transformed the appearance and beauty of our home, inside and out. I cannot speak highly enough about our contractors knowledge, skills and ability to create a quality masterpiece. He never said the word “no” to us when we had a request, he just saw each request as a challenge and worked with us to make our visions come to life. He runs a tight ship, was always professional and meticulous and has an excellent work ethic. His work was admired throughout the project by our family, friends and neighbors. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.”

“Jack didn’t build our home, but he and his people made it more livable for us. We had foundation leaks that were not disclosed causing us major problems. Jack’s people came in and evaluated the problem and solved it. They had to bust out the existing concrete pool patio that had been put in wrong and lay in a new drainage system and put the patio back in. It was done quickly and efficiently. They did a wonderful job and made sure the area was cleaned up before they left. Couldn’t have asked for better group of people to work with.”

“Jack Nunez of Forever Homes has a background/education in engineering and his attention to building detail is impressive! Our home feels like a fort, and we still (more than a year after moving in) can count on Jack for follow up and advice and needs consistently. Importantly, he does not take on too many projects at once, if the projects are larger, and usually his are larger. We had plenty of personal attention and he was on site nearly daily for this build. Often, builders offer to have ‘superintendents’ on site, while their own visits are fewer and further between, which was a serious issue for us, given the size of the project and the challenges, particularly of waterfront building. I was able to contact him easily and still can. Even our yard and the makeover of the waterfront area is something at which I often marvel. He has built in all styles, and we previewed 7+ builders before arriving at our decision. We are certainly pleased. We had met Jack through our realtor prior to even meeting our architect, and he remains dedicated to any needs of the property that arise.”
